Tools that answer a specific money question

Cash-flow forecasting, tax reserves, pricing, break-even and owner-pay calculators. Each tool runs on your device, shows its assumptions and keeps inputs out of our servers.

Before you start

Treat every result as a planning prompt

Choose the tool that matches the decision rather than the number you want to see. A cash-flow forecast uses expected dates; a pricing tool separates revenue from delivery costs; a tax reserve is an estimate for setting money aside rather than a completed tax calculation. Enter the best figures you have, flag uncertain dates or costs and test a cautious case when the decision creates a recurring commitment.

Every tool explains the inputs, formula and assumptions on its own page. Read those notes before treating an output as usable, especially where VAT, tax status, payment timing, interest, employment costs or a personal guarantee could change the answer. A rounded result avoids false precision; it does not remove the need to inspect the underlying assumptions.

Assessments

Work out where you stand

Guided walkthroughs that produce a plan rather than a single number.

Calculators

Run one number properly

Every calculator shows its assumptions and formulas, and rounds deliberately to avoid false precision.

What the tools do, and what they cannot decide

The tool can help youThe tool cannot do
Make a cash, price, reserve or affordability assumption visible and compare it with a cautious alternative.Create a binding tax calculation, legal conclusion, credit decision or approval prediction.
Show the arithmetic and round outputs deliberately so you can challenge the inputs.Know your contracts, business structure, reliefs, lender criteria or all future events without you checking them.
Create an export or save inputs on the device you are using when the tool offers that option.Send an application, file a return or pass your figures to an accountant, lender or partner.

Your figures are calculated in the browser and are not sent to Founder Finances or its partners. If you choose Save to this device, the tool stores the values in that browser’s local storage; clear browser data or use another device and they will not follow you. CSV exports are created and downloaded locally. We record only anonymised, aggregate usage events so we can see which tools are being used, not the figures entered into them.

Do not use a result alone to submit a tax return, agree a loan, make a job offer or decide that an essential bill can wait. Where the result exposes an urgent tax, payroll, debt or cash problem, move to the relevant official or qualified support rather than searching for a more favourable number. Credit-related tool outcomes suppress application links when they indicate an unsafe or revolving-debt position.

To report a broken formula, unclear assumption or outdated source, use the contact page with the tool URL, the input label and the result or wording that appears wrong. You can read the full data and tool boundaries in the privacy policy and the financial information disclaimer.
